How often do you visit?

The Seasonal Content Partnership includes one on-site content session every two months, giving you six professionally planned content sessions each year. This schedule keeps your image library fresh while capturing the changing seasons, wine releases, events, and experiences that make your winery unique.

What kinds of things do you photograph?

Every session is tailored to what's happening at your winery. That might include vineyard scenes, tasting experiences, wine releases, food pairings, hospitality, staff, events, behind-the-scenes moments, or seasonal details.

What if we have a special event or wine release between scheduled sessions?

Additional photography sessions can be booked at your preferred client rate whenever you need extra content outside your regular partnership.

Do we choose the images?

You'll receive a professionally curated gallery of edited images that best represent your winery and the goals we planned for the session. This keeps the process simple while ensuring a polished, cohesive collection.

Do you travel?

Travel within the Central and North Okanagan is included. Projects outside those areas are always welcome and are quoted individually based on location.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. The Seasonal Content Partnership is designed as an ongoing relationship rather than a one-time photo shoot. A six-month commitment allows us to capture your winery through changing seasons and build a cohesive marketing library over time.
